Method

  1. Preheat oven to 180°C. Grease muffin tray lightly with oil or cooking spray.
  2. Place FibreX, cheese, baking powder, onion flakes, chives and lite salt into a mixing bowl and mix well.
  3. Add eggs, cream and water, mix well and pour mixture into muffin tray.
  4. Bake for 10-15 minutes until top has set. Allow muffins to cool in tray.
