Method

  1. Brown onion and garlic in oil until soft.
  2. Add chicken and brown, add two chicken sachets and cover with water.
  3. When the chicken is cooked through, put aside, cool, dice and then return to pan.
  4. Add spinach and simmer gently for 10 minutes.
  5. Just before serving add cream and stir.
  6. Season with black pepper.
