Upon approval of your payment, we will ship ordered goods to your nominated address within 2-10 working days, depending on where in Australia it is being shipped to. Goods will be sent via Australia Post. The freight charges applicable within Australia are:
If total price < Aus$ 100.00, then freight charge = Aus$ 15.00
If total price > Aus$ $100.00, then freight charge = Aus$ 00.00
If you wish to purchase any of our products for delivery outside of Australia please contact us and we will advise freight charges applicable. If for some reason goods are not available, we will notify you within two working days. We may offer you an alternative item but if you do not wish to purchase this alternative we will refund your payment. If the goods are faulty, defective or not fit for their purpose, we will pay for return postage and will either replace the goods or provide a full refund, at your choice. Please choose carefully as you are not entitled to a refund if you simply change your mind.
