Hi,
I'm quite new at this but I thought I would write my progress. A full 2 weeks has passed and I have lost 3 kgs. I weighed in at 76kgs. I am really enjoying my meals and have also incorporated excercise in my daily routine. Before UL i never ate breakfast and used to snack alot particularly at work in the afternoon's. Now I eat breakfast every day and only snack on the good stuff (almonds). My partner;s mum introduced me to this diet and can't believe how good it has been. I have tried many diets before with the whole meal replacement shakes but I can't do that to myself - I love food! My energy level's are up and never felt so good about my body.

I agree with you about how easy UL is to do. Seems like it won't be hard to stay on track with this as I'm never hungry and the food's good!
Looking at the recipe posts from other people have been really helpful for me so far. Especially the pancake recipe for breakfast
