I had a bad weekend food wise as had several events on, I got on the scales and have put on 3kg's how does this happen so quickly? I mean I know I was bad but not that bad, does this mean once I finish the program I will put all of my weight back on again? Now I wonder if this program is right for me and I have wasted my time and money. _________________ [url=http://www.TickerFactory.com/weight-loss/wgEufCA/]

A variety of thing s can affect your weighins on a day to day basis. A full bowel can be two to three kilos, time of the month, fluid retention etc.... if you had salt on the weekend that could cause fluid.... ( alot fo the non UL foods contain salt in one way or form)
This program is a way of life. The maintenence phase when you reach it will be explained to you when you reach your goal. That shows you how to sustain your weight loss successfully and still enjoy your treats!
Hang in there and don't be disheartened! Get back on track today and you will still enjoy a good weight loss! _________________ [url=http://www.TickerFactory.com/weight-loss/wBGe6QM/]

day to day weight loss is of no value and things fluctuate so much.
week to week is much better.
The longer you are on the program the better your metabolism will work at getting rid of waste.
keep up the good work and you will see results!!

Thanks Stormie and Kim,
I guess when you see such great results and then you stuff up and get on the scales it really throws you.
I have put the hiccup behind me now and will just press on.....I still have my four week goal before I go to the US so I need to just get over it and get on with it.
Thanks for your support ladies.

You may also have a food sensitivity to something you ate over that weekend. During the maitenance phase, you will find out what this is, if you have one.
The same thing happened to me......let me explain.... I went to the beach for the weekend. I decided ahead of time that I was going to enjoy myself and eat what I wanted. I've reached my goal weight, so I felt fine about doing this.
I ate normally...meaning I did not go overboard on anything, but I ate what I wanted, but I came back 10lbs heavier!!!!!
I could've cried!! I felt the same things you're feeling!! How long it took to get that 10 lbs off, and then I blew it!
My Dr told me not to worry about it, that it was water weight from a sensitivity to something I ate. He wasn't able to tell me what it was since I ate so many different things. (this is where maitenance helps, when you get there)
The weight came off within the week....2 or 3 lbs in one day!! I read that it is VERY hard to put on more than a half a pound of fat in one day, so these daily fluctuations are mostly water weight. (this is all explained in detail in the maitenance phase as well)
So......keep on keepin on!!!! One day at a time for optimal health for life!! _________________ [url=http://www.TickerFactory.com/weight-loss/w8H6f9l/]
