+	I am intolerant to gluten, can I still do the Ultra Lite Weight Loss Program.
	Absolutely, yes you can! The maltodextrose in our sachets is derived from corn, not wheat, so is therefore suitable for people who are sensitive to gluten. In addition to this many people on our program with certain allergies actually notice an improvement in their symptoms as their body is not overloaded with preservative laden or processed foods. We only recommend wholesome, healthy foods on our program.

+	Can you lose muscle mass on the Ultra Lite Weight Loss Program?
