At Ultra Lite we understand how important it is to offer strong support to people on their weight loss journey. Included in our weight loss programs are weekly, personal one-on-one consultations where our professionally trained practitioners not only measure and weigh you but offer invaluable support and motivation for you on your journey. It is sometimes not a difficult and lonely journey to correct eating patterns alone, that is why we are there for you!

If you have any questions or are unsure of anything before your next consultation, we encourage / urge you to telephone your practitioner – or, even join our general support forum – where you will find many people, just like you, on their weight loss journey. These forum members are motivating and will “share the road” with you.

Also, our forum is overseen by Ultra Lite staff, who are there to answer any technical questions which may arise from time to time.
As you can see, we believe in our program and we offer several avenues to assist you along the way.
